the rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. the hotel's location was ideal for me as it was close to the railway station and other key areas in the city. Lastly, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was served every morning. It was a decent spread with both Indian and continental options.
the language barrier was a major issue as most of the staff members could not speak English.

The Christmas decoration was beautiful, and the lobby was quite cozy. the location was great, as it was nearby a lot of shops and restaurants. The room was decently clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed.
The service was poor. Most of the staff members couldn't speak English, which made communication difficult.

The lack of English-speaking staff was a major letdown.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to the railway station. The location was convenient for our travel needs. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room wassuper clean and cozy, providing a great place to relax. we were satisfied with the hotel facilities.
